browser version are you using to access the Internet?
To determine what version in Internet Explorer you have:
Open your Internet Explorer browser.
Click and hold down the Apple menu in the top left corner
of the screen.
Select "About Internet Explorer..." at the top of the menu.
The version number is the number not in parentheses in the
bottom left corner.
To
determine what version of Netscape Communicator you have:
Open your Netscape browser.
Click and hold down the Apple menu in the top left corner
of the screen.
Select "About Communicator..." at the top of the menu.
At the top of the page, the version number will appear after
the words Netscape® Communicator.
How
much memory does your computer have?
Double click on the hard drive icon located on your desktop.
The amount of disk space is right under the name of the
hard drive in the form x items, x GB available.
What
operating system does your computer use?
Click and hold down the Apple menu in the top left corner
of the screen.
Select "Apple System Profiler" near the top of the menu.
Click once on the triangle next to "Software overview" if
it does not already reveal "Mac OS overview" right below
it.
The system version can be found after the heading "System",
for example "System: 9.0.4 US."
